Infor OS CE October 2019: New Features for ION Connect, Process and More!

This week marks the following new feature roll-out to users of Infor OS Cloud Edition (CE).
Infor ION
- Connect:
- Custom Headers: In an ION API connection point, you can now pass on custom headers as parameters for the API call.
- Splitter Activity: Splitter activity can now be used in a data lake flow.
- Splitter Validations: For splitter validations, you are now required to define the path expression for all input documents.
- Process:
- API: A new GET /v1/workflow/{id}/tasks API method is exposed in the IONServices/process/user endpoint.

- ION Desk:
- Workflow Aging Report: The workflow aging report now contains tasks completed in the selected running workflow instances as well as the tasks that are currently open.

- Concurrent Users: Concurrent users can now add, edit, or delete workflow authorizations simultaneously.
- Filters: You can now specify filters on attributes of BOD elements selected in monitors, activation policies, alarm templates, and document flow filter and content-based routing.
- $escape(): In the ION API step, you can use a new $escape() function to escape special characters in the value of a workflow parameter.
Infor Document Management
- Enhancements:
- Notification of invalid address: You now receive a notification of failed delivery when you use an invalid address.
- Related documents in Document Detail view: Under the Properties tab, you can now request the status of an archived job related to a document.
